Hey everyone! Been a while since my introduction, but I assure you that this has been far from a period of "nothing".

• Earned my Salesforce Platform Administrator certification.

• Moved to a new team in my company which uses Salesforce for handling health insurance broker communication and requests.

• The new position is a dual system admin and engineer role.
